Sena's premium red blend marries Cabernet Sauvignon from Maipo with Merlot and Petit Verdot from Colchagua Valley. Grapes are hand-sorted and fermented separately in stainless steel, then undergo malolactic conversion in French oak barrels. After 14 months in a mix of new and one-year-used oak, the lots are tasted and artfully blended to achieve harmony of fruit, spice and structure. The final wine rests an additional 6 months in bottle before release. Sena's blend showcases cassis, plum, tobacco leaf and fine-grained tannins.
